Our Story
Born from a Love of the Caribbean
Estrella de Mar — "Star of the Sea" — was born from a profound respect for one of the world's most extraordinary coastlines. Our founders recognized that Xpuha, with its crystalline turquoise waters, ancient jungle backdrop, and position between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, represented an unparalleled opportunity.
The master plan was crafted in collaboration with renowned architects and landscape designers whose guiding principle was simple: let nature lead. Every residence was positioned to maximize views and natural light while minimizing impact on the surrounding jungle ecosystem.
